Annalise Morley

Founder, Lead Facilitator & Project Manager

Designated Safeguarding Lead

Annalise is a multi-instrumentalist, beat maker & songwriter, advocating for young people and more access to music through her work at Beats Lab in her local South East London community and beyond.

She is also a trained mental health first aider and has recently begun her journey into youth counselling having achieved her Level 2 Introduction to Child Counselling Skills in 2025. She hopes to keep using her drive for supporting youth mental health to shape the music programmes and direction at Beats Lab.

Rudy Green

Co-Founder & Facilitator

Rudy is a multi-instrumentalist, with Kora being his specialism. As well as working with young people and his work in hospitals, Rudy is a beat maker, solo artist and live performer from South London.

He is another proud member of the core Beats Lab team and enjoys supporting young people in their musical development throughout the course of our projects. Rudy’s skill set is an interesting area, ranging from playing the Kora, playing guitar, beat making using audio samples and DJing.

Jacob Samuels

Workshop Facilitator

Jacob is a multi instrumentalist, producer, solo artist and native South East Londoner.

He often sessions as a guitarist/bassist, currently working extensively with singer Miso Extra and is involved in a number of community projects.

Nathan Opong

Workshop Facilitator

Nathan is an aspiring full time musician who has a love for sharing his knowledge of his journey thus far with others who are hoping to embark on the same career path in music. 

Nathan draws on his extensive experiences as a studio vocalist, songwriter and live performer to coach our young people and support them in creating their best and most confident vocal takes they can be proud of forever! He also nurtures them to develop new technical skills as vocalists and rappers.
